Schedule

Please enter your FIRST & LAST name to sign up for the desired class. We require a minimum of 2 hours in advance for all sign ups. If you are unable to make a class, please cancel  through the email reservation confirmation sent to you, or call the club [403-910-5088] to let your instructors know! We require 2 or more attendees for class to commence, otherwise class will be considered cancelled. 
- No VIP wristband , no class (please ask the front desk for a wristband if you don't have one already!)
 - NO entry will be permitted 5 minutes after class has started (this is for your safety, so please ensure you are arriving at least 5 minutes early for classes!)
- Classes MUST be signed up for in advance (this is for your instructor’s benefit, as well as your own!)
- NO CLASSES on all statutory holiday

Schedule will be updated if a class is cancelled, as well will be posted on our Facebook page (World Gym Calgary Southland).  If you are unsure if the class is still going on, please call the club at 403-910-5088 to find out about class times!
